I'm going to start this by saying that Shelby is probably one of the sweetest, most tender hearted little girls you could ever meet. She's generally very conscientious of other peoples feelings, and if she does offend or someone, she's ALWAYS willing to apologize!
That being said:
Yesterday, Andrea took her to Wal-Mart. As they were getting ready to check out, they saw 2 groups of polygamist women (or fundamentalist for those of you that are into political correctness). Now, Andrea not being from Utah, is quite fascinated with these women. So, Shelby yells at the top of her lungs (while pointing mind you) "Aunt Andrea. Look! There's a polygamist. Take a picture." Suddenly, Andrea had an entire group staring at her, giving her the evil eye! She said that the cashiers were doing everything they could not to laugh but there was a guy standing nearby that was in tears! Andrea was MORTIFIED!!!
I swear she really does have manners! And I promise I've taught my kids not to do EVER say stuff like this in public!

Hilarious! She's a kid - they don't really have a filter from their brains to their mouths yet. They never intend to be rude. The other day we were walking around an outdoor mall and we saw a woman with a prosthetic leg. Noah got really excited and started pointing and yelling "PIRATE! PIRATE!" Talk about embarrassing...
